The duration of the hire for your wedding car is calculated from when the car leaves our base in Hook through to when it returns to our base.

These tables are provided as a guide to the basic pricing structure that we use for each of the cars.  Please contact us so that we can provide a specific quote for your requirements.  We give discounts for multi-car bookings and you should also remember to ask about any last minute offers that may be available.

Our wedding car hire fee includes the attachment of a standard 'V' configuration ribbon on the bonnet of the car in the colour of your choice. We can also attach matching, or contrasting colour, bows to the front grill and door handles, if required. Also included is the silk floral arrangement for the rear shelf. These are in a neutral colour combination of ivory, cream and white to compliment any colour scheme. A large white umbrella will be supplied in the car in case of inclement weather.

A bottle of Champagne can be supplied for the Bride and Groom to enjoy on their journey to the reception at an additional cost of £20.00. This can either be served by the chauffeur prior to departure or just passed to the happy couple for them to enjoy later. If this service is required, please ask when you book.

There are no mileage restrictions applied to any of our cars, or any journey that we are asked to undertake.

When you make a booking enquiry, please let us know the postcodes for the pickup, ceremony and reception venue, and also if you require multiple journeys to carry bridesmaids or other family members to the ceremony or reception.

Payment Terms

A non-refundable deposit of £50.00 is to be paid within 10 days of making the booking. The balance is to be paid no later than 21 days before the wedding day. Payments can be made using cash, cheque or bank transfer. Cheques should be made payable to "LS Luxury & Style".

In the event that a booking is cancelled up to 21 days before the event, there will be no further charge. However, if the balance has been paid early it will be returned, minus a £15.00 admin fee. Once we are 21 days, or less, from the day of the wedding, the full amount will be charged. This is due to our inability to take another booking for that date at such short notice.
