Your wedding day will be one of the most important days of your life, and one of the most memorable. That being the case, you will want every detail to be perfect and as special as it possibly can be. However, getting all of the key elements in place, just as you want them, can prove to be very stressful as you’re dealing with multiple suppliers who all do things in their own way. One of those key elements will be the car that transports you to the service, and then on to the reception. This is where we can help.

We can fulfil all of your transportation requirements, whether that is a Bridal Car, a Groom’s Car, a second car for Bridesmaids and family members or all three. Our service is reliable and utterly dependable, so one thing you definitely won’t have to worry about on the big day is whether the car will arrive and get you to the church on time. The service we provide will ensure that the all important journey to the ceremony, and beyond, is handled in an efficient and relaxed manner, allowing all those involved in the wedding to concentrate on enjoying the day. We will also ensure that all of the pre-wedding planning and communication is handled in the same way. You will have no reason to get stressed dealing with us!

All of our vehicles are thoroughly cleaned, inside and out, before each journey and are therefore immaculately presented when they arrive. The experienced chauffeur will be courteous and professional, but may also have just the right comment to break the tension and help you to relax. He too will be immaculately presented, wearing a grey suit, a white shirt, a grey tie and black shoes. He will ensure that your time in our car is comfortable, relaxing and safe, whilst efficiently getting you to your destination promptly and without any fuss.

The gorgeous ‘Bentley Continental Flying Spur’ is our “Flag Ship” wedding car and is understandably very popular. However, we also have the all new, long wheelbase ‘Jaguar XJ Portfolio’, as well as its smaller sibling, the ‘Jaguar XF’. Both cars are stunning in their own right, but with matching paintwork and interiors they complement each other beautifully and are an ideal choice when two cars are required. Our prestige 4x4’s offer an alternative choice as the main Bridal car, but are also great as a second car, particularly the ones with seven seats as they can transport up to six Bridesmaids or family members in style and comfort.

Our range of sports cars are the ideal transport for the Groom that fancies turning up at the church in a stylish car of his own, with or without his Best Man in tow. They also provide the Bride with an opportunity to surprise her husband to be. Then again, for a summer wedding, the Bride may decide that she wants to shine in one of our convertibles.

As you can see, we have cars to cover the tastes and requirements of most people. We also appreciate that the choice of car is an important decision, so we would be happy for you to book an appointment to visit us and have a proper look at the cars. This can either be served by the chauffeur prior to departure or just passed to the happy couple for them to enjoy later. If this service is required, please ask when you book. Our wedding car hire fee includes the attachment of a standard ‘V’ configuration ribbon on the bonnet of the car in the colour of your choice. We can also attach matching, or contrasting colour, bows to the front grill and door handles, if required. A large white umbrella will be supplied in the car in case of inclement weather. When you make a booking enquiry please let us know the exact itinerary that the wedding car will need to follow; including full addresses, the ceremony start time/duration and when the photographs will be taken. Multiple journeys to carry bridesmaids, or other family members, to the church or venue in the main bridal car can be accommodated within the time/mileage allowance. If you require this, let us know at the time of your booking enquiry. All this information will allow us to put together an accurate quotation based on both time and mileage, as well as advising on timings. We are also happy to provide transport, either in the wedding car or in one of our other cars, for journeys that are required after the reception; whether that be taking the Bride and Groom to a hotel or airport, or taking other people from the wedding party on to hotels or other destinations. These journeys would be charged on a ‘per hour’ basis, with the time taken to the next half hour. Please call, or email, either Alan or Stephen for a specific quotation. There are no mileage restrictions applied to any of our cars, or any journey that we are asked to undertake. Payment Terms A non-refundable deposit of £50.00 is to be paid within 10 days of making the booking. The balance is to be paid no later than 21 days before the wedding day. Payments can be made using cash, cheque, debit card or credit card. Cheques should be made payable to “LS Luxury & Style”. In the event that a booking is cancelled up to 21 days before the event, there will be no further charge. However, if the balance has been paid early it will be returned, minus a £15.00 admin fee. Once we are 21 days, or less, from the day of the wedding, the full amount will be charged. This is due to our inability to take another booking for that date at such short notice.
